So I lied about waiting until Thursday to blog... but oh well. I'm sure no one believed me anyway. :)

Dessert makes everything I stress about seem less important and let's be honest... I'll use any excuse to eat extra dessert.
Friday night was a much needed break and I went out with friends from school to celebrate the holidays and a very special birthday!

We ate a fabulous dinner at Riverbirch Lodge and though I ordered the filet, I have wonderful friends who let me sample the venison, scallops, trout, and chicken. It was all to die for!
